We are working diligently on the FEDEX integration for shipping with our production software. We have made great strides and can pull most information but it is still requiring a significant amount of manual entry. We will advise when the automation of this is complete. We anticipate this to be completed by end of day Thursday with the bugs worked out. In the mean time, we are doing our best on answering emails and still mainly concentrating on production.

Our ETSY account is on hold temporarily while we get more orders processed. We will have a link placed on here so you can see the status of your order and watch it go through production. We will be updating this in the evenings after shipping and the mornings when we first open.

We hope that everyone realizes that USPS is not confirming to their 2 day deliveries. We have many deliveries that had 2 day service with USPS from the week before Thanksgiving that have not arrived at our customers location as of today. We have changed everyone to FEDEX 2 Day service at our cost.
